This booking selection can be tailored to fit 5-15 minute performance slots featuring an ensemble of both dancers and drummers or an ensemble of drummers only. Performers may vary from 3-10.
The Experience.
30 minutes
Do you want to showcase some of SHAE Movement’s dynamic diasporic performance pieces at your event? Our rich 30 minute performance is a great main stage addition to educational experiences, community festivals, corporate entertainment and conference gatherings.
This booking selection can be tailored to fit 30-45 minute performance slots featuring an ensemble of both dancers and drummers in one continuous performance set. Performers may vary from 5-10.

The Journey.
45-60 minutes
Is your organization looking for a headlining feature act? This one hour full concert performance is designed for venues with production qualities like lighting, sound, projections, etc. This booking selection features an ensemble of both dancers and drummers in one continuous set with or without a 10 minute intermission. Performers may vary from 7-10.
The Immersion.
90 minutes
Are you looking to co-produce a culturally stimulating community event/concert with SHAE Movement? This 1.5 hour performance option will take your creative team into the depths of collaboration with SHAE Movement.
You may also decide to host SHAE Movement as an artist in residence while we co-facilitate a production through processes like theme, set design, community engagement, and more.
This booking selection features an ensemble of both dancers and drummers in one continuous set with a 10 minute intermission. Cast and crew may vary from 10-15 to include primary performers, guest artists, and production members. Let’s start Sharing the Heart of Africa with Everyone today!

The Bantaba Workshop.
50 minutes
The Bantaba is perfect for supporting cultural education, performing arts courses, corporate events, familial and friend gatherings, social and nonprofit organizations.
The Bantaba is a participatory lecture-demonstration in which attendees will get a glimpse into the African Diaspora by learning and exploring the cultural meanings, movement, music and song vocabulary of West African ethnic groups including the Susu, Malinke and Fulani people.
This booking selection can be tailored to fit 30-50 minute presentation slots or rotations featuring an ensemble of both dancers and drummers in one continuous session. Performers may vary from 3-7.
