Cardio & Culture, our signature class, is set to live percussion and tailored to all walks of life from “It’s my first class” to “I’ve been dancing for years”!
When we say “all are welcomed”, we truly mean it!
This class has grown to a multi-generational community of families that come together weekly to “Share the Heart of Africa to Everyone” in the space.

Meet us on the dance floor every Tuesday at 7p at the Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) Center, 700 N. Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC.
No Experience Required.
